About the Author
Paul Gipe has played a part in nearly every aspect of wind energy’s development since the mid-1970s -- from installing small turbines to promoting wind energy worldwide. He is also the author of Wind Energy Basics and Wind Power Comes of Age. He lives in Tehachapi, California.
